Mexicoooooooooooo!!!!!
After a long silence on our blogspot, I finally decided to write an update about the past months. But I'll have to be short, cos we've done plenty of things since my last message.
Uhmm, let's think where to start... Well, the first weekend of July we had friends from Belgium visiting us, Hanne and Stefan. We went to a small camping in the tiny village of Vidrà. It's located in the splendid green and hilly region of Garrotxa. It was great to relax, breathe some fresh air and visit some beautiful surrounding villages.
The weekend afterwards we went to the festival Summercase here in Barcelona, enjoying many great gigs such as that of Daft Punk, Massive Attack, Fatboy Slim, Sigur Rós, The Divine Comedy and Razorlight. It was fun, but I must say that I missed the muddy meadows of Werchter!
As David's family was on the camping in Peñiscola, we went there for two days... mainly to eat and sleep on the beach. As they are unable to give small portions and only one dish, the siesta was quite necessary after each meal!

Then we had my cousin Eva staying at our place for some days and now... now we are preparing our trip to Mexico. If everything goes fine and there are no problems anymore in Heathrow (we keep our ten fingers crossed), we should be on our way from Heathrow to Mexico City. We'll go to Irapuato first for a wedding of friends of ours and then we will travel with the couple and 7 friends more to Puebla, Oaxaca, the coast of Oaxaca and Cuernavaca. I can't wait!!
In the meantime, as if it wasn't enough already, we are preparing the decoration of the street Mozart for the parties of our neighbourhood Gracia (http://www.festamajordegracia.org). The theme this year is 'evolution', from the big bang to the future, and it looks promising already.
In September we'll let you know if we won the first prize and of course how our adventure in Mexico was.
Hasta pronto!
